That would be the vacuum solinoid switching valve that actuates the ASV (anti-shudder flap). On the ALH I think it's in a bracket next to the actuating diaphragm on the intake manifold/EGR assembly.

2007年2月28日 · Try reversing the vacuum hoses to the N239 valve. I have found that the valve only works properly with the vacuum applied to the correct side of the valve. The lines are hooked exactly the same way they were before I replaced the valve, so I'm thinking there is another issue. I'll hit it w/VCDS & see what I get.

2013年7月9日 · On the side of the egr valve is the actuator for that flap, you'll see a vac pipe coming from it to a little black thing attached to the intake manifold, that's the solenoid N239. So starting point, I think I'd start by checking that asv is open, then I'd try unplugging the maf and seeing if there's any difference.

2011年10月10日 · From Fuse 34 goes to Splice 100, first branch provides power to: MAF (G70), Wastegate Bypass Regulator Valve (N75), EGR Vacuum Solenoid Valve (N18) and Change-over Valve for intake manifold flap (N239). Note: tied to this same circuit, is another circuit that comes from a 1.0 size wire from connection 6/87 of the GP relay.
