2024年10月11日 · Issue: There is fuel weeping out of what I think is the HPFP N276 valve ("Fuel Pressure Regulator"). It is weeping from the threads (not the top). The threads should be visible in one of the attached images. The "N276" is the item screwed into the top of the high pressure fuel pump. The car seems to drive OK.

North American Region (NAR) check TSB 2018183 (20-08-01) and verify the High Fuel Pressure Sensor (G247) Part Number. See this thread for additional information.

Check TSB/TPI 2008753 (Rest of World), incompatibility between Fuel Pressure Regulator Valve (N276) and ECU software. If the breather valve is faulty, full engine vacuum is typically found when removing the oil cap at idle.

2020年1月10日 · Have a code for n276 fuel pressure regulating valve - short to plus. Causing the check engine light and very rough engine. both my n276 valves are measuring 0 ohms with a multimetee, which I think is the problem. Could someone here go measure theirs and let me know how many ohms there's is saying?

2023年7月1日 · Hello, I am getting this error Fuel Pressure Regulator Valve (N276) Error P2294 000 - Open Circuit - Intermittent. I have replaced the high-pressure fuel pump and checked the connections on the pin.

Fix exhaust leak if one is found. The Fuel Pressure Regulator Valve (N276) or Fuel Metering valve (N290) on the HPFP can fail. If found with a TFSI engine and 16555/P0171/000369 - Fuel Trim; Bank 1: System Too Lean is also flagged, this could be caused by a failed rear main seal.
