The crankcase ventilation shut-off valve N548 is activated by a PWM signal ↗ from the engine control unit.

2018年11月15日 · My 2014 SQ5 is in the shop right now for its 65k mile maintenance and they pulled a fault for intermittent PCV shut off valve N548. In my case it never set of a MIL but I wonder if it is the same valve. They strongly recommended replacing it since they stated it can affect fuel trim among other things.

2015年7月29日 · All the CCVV's I have seen on these motors have a vent line on them that goes from the CCVV to the intake air bellows. This has the same but it also has a vacuum solenoid (N548 Crankcase ventilation shut-off valve) in between. If I initiate an output test with VCDS and with my vacuum pump on it, it will hold vacuum, my gauge doesn't even budge.

2017年8月31日 · You are going to need to replace the crankcase breather pipe, 06E103207AP, while you are doing the PCV as they are both under the supercharger. Just go look at the back of the charger, you can see if you have the solenoid operated one or not.
