Have good vac level up to the valve, and if i bypass it, connecting the vac line straight to the turbo activator, i get boost just fine. How do I check the n75 valve to make sure it's the problem component instead of some other component causing bad signal.

2005年1月19日 · A valve inside the N75 is triggered by an electrical signal from the ECU. When the valve is in one position, boost pressure from the intake manifold is used to mechanically open the wastegate, in the other position vacuum from the intake is used to close the wastegate.

2010年5月1日 · -Vacuum checked the N75 valve itself by removing it from the car and capping the atmospheric line and the line to vacuum and then hooking up a vacuum gauge to the port that would normally go to the turbo actuator. The solenoid appears to bleed air into the system when under vacuum through the connector plug.

2010年9月23日 · The N75 (charge pressure control solenoid valve) has all 3 pipes coming out of the same side, as in drawing N21-0101. The N18 (EGR valve) has 2 pipes coming out 1 side, and 1 coming out the opposite side, as in drawing N26-0437 (item number 9). Both drawings are correct. The valves are similar but the difference is the sides that the pipes come off.
