A bit of reading later, I understood it may be able to control an N75 manually. The K8004 is a DIY bare kit that gives you a printed PCB and all components needed to create the PWM control.

2008年3月9日 · the N75 wiring harness only fits in one way, and unless you traced the wires back and unplugged them i doubt thats the problem. check to see if the N75 is in right... long pipe goes straight down into the intake tube, and from there it should be pretty easy.

Verify the N75 connector plugged into N75 per the factory level wiring diagram rather than any other component that may not set a fault code such as N79 (Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) heating element)

2010年3月31日 · You have pretty much narrowed it down to the N75 or it's wiring harness. Try back probing the wires at the N75 with a multimeter (preferably analog) set to DC volts while running the test to see if the ECU signal is present.

2014年5月21日 · Basically N75 is connected to +12V and to the ECU. When overboost is required, the ECU applies puls-width modulation, this means the contact for the N75 is switched between high and low impedance to ground. The 800 Ohms which you measure may correspond to the high impedance state. Read the section at the beginning of the wiring diagrams.

2010年7月6日 · Use a short section of vacumm hose (8") and connect between the "Vac" port on the N-75 and the vacumm nipple on the main checkvalve. This will eliminate every thing else in the vacumm system. If you get boost your N-75 is operational. If you want to verifi your N-75 you can remove your N-18 (EGR solenoid) and connect it to your turbo.
