Program Outcomes (POs) are broad statements that summarize the professional accomplishments that the programme wants to achieve and that students must achieve by the end of the programme. POs cover a wide range of interconnected information, talents, and personality attributes that students must acquire before graduating.
Programme Outcomes (POs) and Course Outcomes (COs) for all Programmes offered by the institution are stated and displayed on website and attainment of POs and COs are evaluate. The institute evaluates the attainment of COs, POs and PSOs through its evaluation system and through the process is mentioned below.
Course-POs/PSO mapping POs and PSOs are addressed through core courses , projects etc., A course/project etc. meets a subsets of POs and PSOs to different strength (1,2 or 3)
Since the Course Outcomes are already mapped to Program Outcomes (POs) and Program Specific Outcomes (PSOs), an evaluation can now be done for Program Outcome attainment. In the similar manner, the Course Outcomes are framed for the major / minor / seminar /

To assess the achievement of Course Outcomes (COs), Program Outcomes (POs), and Program Specific Outcomes (PSOs), a range of assessment tools are used at different intervals throughout the course.
At the end of the each programme, the POs/PSOs assessment is done from the COs attainment of all curriculum components. The description of Assessment tools used for the evaluation of program outcomes is given in Table1. With the help of COs against POs/PSOs mapping, the POs/PSOs attainment is calculated by the programme coordinator.
Pos are to be in line with the graduate attributes as specified in the NBA. Program Specific Outcomes (PSOs) are statements that describe what the graduates of a specific engineering program should be able to do.
POs are statements that describe what the students graduating from engineering programs should be able to do at the time of graduation The NBA (National Board of Accreditation) has set 12 Program Outcomes, which are as follows: A. Program Outcomes (POs) 1. Engineering knowledge: Apply the knowledge of mathematics, science, engineering
