I have tried many things to allow guest connections but it still will not allow. The computer is useless without this access. What can I do?

2022年2月14日 · Hi, I'm Elise, and I'd be happy to help with your issue. You can't map the drive using the local IP address for use when you are away from home, the connection to the NAS device will not be able to locate your local network in this way.

Hi there, I have a QNAP NAS with a number of network shares I'd like to add to the index. Under Control Panel > Indexing Options, the NAS and any mapped drives are not listed, however an answer here indicates this may be due to an access right issue on the folder.
