505479 (2013 VS1) is a small asteroid orbiting between Mars and Jupiter in the main portion of the asteroid belt. NASA JPL has not classified 2013 VS1 as potentially hazardous because its orbit does not bring it close to Earth.

2016 VS1 is a very small asteroid whose orbit could bring it in close proximity to Earth. NASA JPL has classified 2016 VS1 as a "Near Earth Asteroid" due to its orbit's proximity to Earth, but it is not considered potentially hazardous because computer simulations have not indicated any imminent likelihood of future collision.
