The NCDA Facilitating Career Development Training course provides participants with the skills and knowledge to work in any type of career development setting. As a participant of the NCDA FCD course, individuals will receive training in each of the 12 career development competencies.

Completion of the Facilitating Career Development (FCD) training program is required before applying. CMCS recognizes highly experienced career services professionals from a variety of backgrounds, who have mastered multiple career services roles.

FCD Training provides individuals with relevant skills and knowledge to assist others in planning careers and obtaining meaningful work. The FCD course will give you eligibility to the CCSP credential, developed by NCDA to provide standards, training specifications and credentialing for these career providers.
