NCMA Artist Innovation Mentorship (NCMA AIM) With pilot funding from the Anonymous Trust and the North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, this regional after-school outreach program is designed to bring artists from eastern North Carolina communities into structured six-week programs with area youth.

NCMA AIM fosters the learning that happens when artists work directly with young people. The program provides funding and organizational support for creative after-school workshops. Young artists learn new techniques and flex their creative problem-solving skills as they work with artists in their own communities.
