This Act may be cited as the ‘‘National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024’’. SEC. 2. ORGANIZATION OF ACT INTO DIVISIONS; TABLE OF CONTENTS. (a) DIVISIONS.—This Act is organized into seven divisions as follows: (1) Division A—Department of Defense Authorizations. (2) Division B—Military Construction Authorizations.

2023年7月27日 · Washington, D.C. – U.S. Senator Roger Marshall offered his bill, the One Flag For All Act, as an amendment to the NDAA. Senator Marshall’s amendment would prohibit any flag other than the American flag to be flown, draped or displayed on federal buildings, with certain exceptions.
