2019年1月11日 · Fire Alarm and Life Safety symbols may be found in NFPA-170. Other symbols and standards, particularly as it relates to sheet setup like sections, titles etc., may be found in NCS UDS. I think for your "symbol for a cross section", you need to look in NCS.

2016年12月9日 · The NFPA menu images are in a dynamic link library, not a slide library. The newer libraries use a .DLL file to store the icon menu images. If you moved the library .DAT file to the network you must also move the corresponding .DLL file. The .DLL file must reside in the same folder as the menu .DAT file. (see attached image)

There are many U.S. companies that do work for European clients, and they must conform to the European standard. If your customers are in the USA, then you should use the NFPA symbols and libraries.

So I can work on a design for the American market using the NFPA library, yet activate a project for a European customer and the software automatically switches to the IEC libraries I assigned to the European project.
