IC 2149 and NGC 1514 - Deep Sky Observing - Cloudy Nights
2012年2月27日 · NGC 1514 was first detected using my 19mm eyepiece for a power of ~87. The central star is easily seen at this power; however, the nebula portion is more difficult and requires concentrated averted vision. Upping the power to ~150x with the 11mm UW improved contrast of this PN. This is a HUGE PN compared to IC 418 or IC 2149.
