NGC 3054 is an intermediate spiral galaxy in the constellation Hydra. It was discovered by Christian Heinrich Friedrich Peters in 1859. It is probably in the same galaxy group as NGC 2935 .

NGC 3054 is a Spiral Galaxy in the Hydra constellation. NGC 3054 is situated south of the celestial equator and, as such, it is more easily visible from the southern hemisphere. Given its B magnitude of 12.27, NGC 3054 is visible with the help of a telescope having an aperture of 8 inches (200mm) or more.
