NGC 4410 Galaxy Group - Sky & Telescope
2022年6月7日 · NGC 4410 is a group of interacting galaxies connected by tidal bridges and in addition to this also exhibits tidal tails and plumes. The whole menagerie of morphological features is due to the effect of gravitational interaction between the various galaxies due to their proximity to each other.
NGC 4410 (UGC 7535) Facts - Universe Guide
NGC 4410 is an Active Galactic Nuclei/Nucleus located in the constellation of Virgo in the equatorial region. NGC 4410 is called NGC 4410 in the New General Catalogue (NGC). This catalogue is a list of deep space objects compiled by John Louis Emil Dreyer in 1888 to update John Herschel's earlier work.

Multi-Wavelength Observations of the NGC 4410 Galaxy Group
2005年2月10日 · The NGC 4410 galaxy group contains five major galaxies in its inner regions, at least four of which appear to be connected in some way. Here is a smoothed 0.3 - 8 keV X-ray map of the inner portion of the NGC 4410 group from the Chandra X-ray Telescope (color), after it has been divided by a smoothed weighted exposure map (from Smith et al ...
NGC 4410 Group (Gary Imm) - AstroBin
The right pair of galaxies (NGC 4410 and PGC 40694) appear very close together with distinct dust lanes within their disks. Many other interesting galaxies are in the background, including the large faint galaxy PGC 40640 at lower right.
We present high resolution X-ray imaging data from the ACIS-S instrument on the Chandra telescope of the nearby interacting galaxy group NGC 4410. Four galaxies in the inner portion of this group are clearly detected by Chandra, including the peculiar low …
Galaxy groups, NGC 4410 & NGC 4411, and many friends. A
[b]This rarely photographed region of the Virgo galaxy cluster, around galaxy groups of NGC 4410 and NGC 4411, is a very dense galaxy region that contains a vast diversity of galaxies. Spiral, ellipti...
NGC 4410 - astrophotos
Smith, et. al. (2003) suggest the group is evolving to an elliptical dominated group and confirmed the tidal tail connections plus the visual extension to the NW from 4410-a possibly created by a supernova causing an expanding bubble in the ISM. The galaxies on the right are NGC 4411-a (top) and NGC 4411-b (bottom).
