2007年9月27日 · Here we present a preliminary report of the analysis of new optical (Ha and [NII]) and near-IR (Brg and H2) images and intermediate resolution JHK spectra of this nebula. Our observations confirm the association of the H2 bipolar lobes to NGC 6881 and reveal that H2 is predominantly shock excited in this nebula.
Discovery of Raman-scattered He II $λ$6545 in the Planetary Nebulae NGC ...
2020年10月27日 · The Raman-scattered He II features have been found in only five PNe so far, and, in particular, it is the first direct detection of an H I component in NGC 6881. The Raman He II λ6545 features in the two PNe are observed to be redshifted with respect to He II λ6560, indicating that the neutral regions are expanding.

2011年3月1日 · In this paper, we report on high angular resolution radio observations of the planetary nebula NGC 6881 obtained with the Very Large Array at a wavelength of 6 cm. The emission appears to be the superposition of a roundish core and a point-symmetric bipolar structure elongated along a position angle of about 145.
