The modular design of the UMV makes it possible to combine different Basic, Long, Cargo, Cargo Long, Peoplemover and Cargomover derivatives in one body design. The main features of the design are an aluminium-intensive frame structure consisting of profiles and nodes, functionally integrated shear surfaces as sandwich structures.
