May 16, 2017 · It's being changed back to 1 from a setting of 0 which will allow the NGSC to run. The full setting is: HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\OneDrive\DisableFileSyncNGSC . Our SharePoint site is set to start the old client in the admin portal. I am able to load and launch the NGSC after setting the registry (above) back to 0 after reboot.

I'm finding that, with the Mac NGSC client, my users are placing files/folders with either invalid characters or file paths that are too long - and the client isn't reporting an issue like the Windows version does, but rather, the client just crashes.

May 25, 2017 · I have read where the NGSC has the capability to sync only one Personal OneDrive but multiple Business OneDrives. I have mine set up to sync my Business OneDrive and it works great. When I attempt to sync another Business OneDrive by using the Sync button on the web it causes my OneDrive to crash and I have to set up my business OneDrive again.

Jan 17, 2017 · At first they used the horrible Groove. Last month I desperately installed the NGSC Preview with Sharepoint sync to minimize the sync errors. Now again they have an issue. I'm afraid they rather go back to Dropbox if they keep getting these problems. Unless I can tell them why it happens and what we can do to minimize it from happening!
