Nhia joined CS&S with a background in finance and operations. She has experience working across revenue and general business operations. Her career began with bookkeeping for small businesses, overseeing monthly financials, budgetary forecasting, and operational reporting.

The current administration is chaired by Peter Nhia Bee Moua, President 2024-2028. After the expiration of 2017-2021 administration term, there is no legitimate governance body to oversee and administer the affairs of the MUIC.
