Whenever a person’s consciousness level deteriorates, it’s a red flag which means the situation needs immediate escalation. Documenting the ACVPU score is of utmost importance.

2023年4月8日 · To use the ACVPU scale, choose the description which bests describes the patient’s level of consciousness. The patient is fully awake and at their baseline level of cognition. The patient is awake but disorientated or confused (this must be new-onset or worse than their baseline level of confusion).
