PXIe, 6 GHz PXI Vector Network Analyzer—The PXIe‑5630 is a 2‑port vector network analyzer (VNA) for PXI Express that you can use for vector measurements of transmission and reflection (T/R) coefficients, also referred to as S11 and S21.
Specifications describe the warranted, traceable product performance over ambient temperature ranges of 23 °C ± 5 °C, unless otherwise noted. Typical values describe useful product performance beyond specifications that are not covered by warranty and do not include guardbands for measurement uncertainty or drift.
