As a digital multimeter, PXI 4071 provides fast and accurate AC /DC voltage, AC /DC current, 2-wire or 4-wire resistance, frequency/period measurement and diode test. In high-voltage isolated digital mode, PXI 4071 can acquire waveforms at a sampling rate of up to 1.8 ms/s.
