NJT P40DC 4800, a former Amtrak unit, has received a bunch of NJT specific mods to the cab and control stand like the ADU display above the radio, the Comet switches to the right of the load meter, and traditional air gauges. P40DC 4800 and a Comet III cab car sit on the runaround.

New Jersey Transit 4800-4803 were 1993 GE P40DC locomotives. They were purchased used from Amtrak in Spring 2007, and were resold to CTDOT in 2015.
