So, onto my theories: *Since Cicada barely contacted winners from the second puzzle, this theory bases the fact on that some people from the first puzzle were indeed recruited.

2023年1月25日 · Amber might be gone but Nox is mostly freed from all the voices that plagued her. There's still a chance she could slip back but Chief's presence keeps them away based on one of her voicelines. There's also the remnants of Amber's memories about the sunrise. I can only hope that Nox develops and regains some of that lost humanity overtime.

The Vox Populi mod is a collection of rule changes for Civilization V that result in a total overhaul of the game, but keeping the spirit of the base game. Vox Populi includes the Community Patch, which is strictly about bug-fixes and AI improvements to Civilization V: Brave New World.
