2022年10月10日 · The stratum is my favorite NPC car! Am I the only one who thinks it’s silly that there is already a system in place that doesn’t let you keep high end cars but they never add DLC cars add traffic cars. It’s like just don’t let us keep them.

This is a racing game for fucks sake, why isn’t there an option to remove the npc cars that move 30mph when you’re in a 300mph super car that can’t see them until you’re already smashed into them, especially when the only purpose they serve is to be an obstacle.

Yeah, I've just gotten the same issue from a different point in the story. Was fast traveling from doing the quest for the special Kidney you need for someone for Panam's camp I came back after going back home and waiting a few hours and came bnack to the city and only NPCS/CARS around are those that are at NCPD crime locations and gigs.
