2010年5月3日 · Scuba Fan: My son is an NROTC Mid and he told me that the most common reason for PRBs in his unit is underaged drinking. The unit reviews the behavior and determines the status of the Mid. I agree with the person who said this is a board by the cadre of the unit and their recommendation is then given to the CO for a decision.
