NS 3821 is equipped with a Nathan P5 5-chime horn. Either the Kato or Athearn SD40-2 would be a good starting point to model the 3821. This unit had its turbocharger removed when it was downrated, so a paper air filter cabinet appears in place of the normal turbo exhaust.
