NS 3986 (B23-7) isn't all that remarkable except for the fact that a painter has spent this entire day repainting the handrails with yellow enamel. This is some of the best looking trackage between Opelika and LaFayette, AL and this locomotive has run thru brush and small trees on its final run to Opelika.
