Our student programs allow you to learn more about NSA, deepen your career field knowledge and collect a paycheck or scholarship money. We offer internships, scholarships, a co-op program and other programs for students in high school up through doctoral candidates.

NSA encourages students to participate in its programs and to apply for internships and jobs. Students can apply for full-time jobs, high school work studies, and college internships with NSA. Students can participate in a K-12 cybersecurity summer camp in partnership with NSA.

Some IC organizations also offer internships during the academic year or co-operative education programs that link a student’s major with relevant work experience. Most of the co-op programs are for college-level students; however, NSA has several programs for high school students with specific skills or interests.

Join students from across the country and lend your knowledge to national security in one of NSA's over 30 summer internship programs. These 12 week paid programs run from mid-May to mid-August and are open to undergraduate freshman up to Ph.D. students depending on internship requirements.
