Dr. Yang, En-Hua is an Associate Professor with the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Nanyang Technological University. He received his PhD degree in Civil Engineering (Materials) from the University of Michigan.

Prof Chu is President’s Chair in Civil Engineering, Chair of the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), and Director of the Centre for Urban Solutions (CUS). He joined NTU in 1991 after receiving his PhD from The University of New South Wales, Australia.
