Formed in 2008, e2i serves as a bridge between workers and employers. It connects workers to offer job security through job-matching, career guidance and skills upgrading services, and partners employers to address their manpower needs through recruitment, training and job redesign solutions.

The new NTUC CTC Grant is managed by NTUC’s e2i (Employment and Employability Institute) to support applicants that have formed CTCs to implement transformation plans that will lead to better worker and business outcomes.
