2005年12月19日 · Nvidia and TSMC reported the issue was caused by the LSI components in the substrate heating & cooling at a different rate causing the interfacing to warp over time damaging the chip connections. TSMC and Nvidia both say that the issue was resolved, so unless this is a new thing I'm not sure I trust the source that those sites are reporting on.
