The GPU is fabricated on 12 nm manufacturing process. The graphics card is clocked at 1.2 GHz, and supports boost technology, that can increase operating frequency up to 1.455 GHz. It also has 5120 CUDA cores, 96 ROPs, as well as 320 texture units. The Titan V incorporates 12 GB of HBM2 memory.
