Oct 20, 2024 · I’m looking for some information on comparing the CN series to the NXV series. I got my first Bergantino cab a couple weeks back - a CN210 - and I absolutely love it. I’ve never had Bass tone that sounds as good as that and it pairs beautifully with my Mesa D 800+ head. I’m now checking out an NXV 112 to use with it at larger shows.

Jun 10, 2023 · Bumping this for comments on the NXT/NXV cabs in general. One user said his NXV212 performs great (as expected), but one question I have is whether the neo woofers still have that neo timbre, or are close to traditional ceramic. Any other feedback would be cool.

Dec 16, 2016 · If you are like me, and never really cared for tweeters. Then the Bergantino NXV 2/10, just might interest you. I’ve used it in rehearsals twice now, and I had no trouble hearing myself within the context of a 6 piece band. So my one concern about having clarity amongst the roar was a not a problem.

The lack of tweeter is not a concern for me, since I usually seem to end up dialing out the tweeter almost completely on all the other cabs I own. I seem to favor cabs...

Oct 21, 2000 · Thanks for the Post Wally. I am really happy with my HDN 1x12 stack, yet when I added the REF210 on top of an HDN112, I felt the quality of the highs was dramatically better with the REF210 tweeter versus what sounded like a more mid scooped tone from the HDN.

May 10, 2007 · Greetings All. I’ve been catching up with the Berg Club posts went back months. Found answers to several things. I found out that the NXV line was eliminated. Was ‘sorta’ looking. Mainly interested in the discussion of mixing sealed and ported cabs and also mixing cabs with ceramic and neo. Experimented many times fyi.
