Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) is the third phase of training which aims to: - Equip youth with skills and thus making them employable and able to be self-employed. These trades are registered with the Namibia Training Authority (NTA) and accredited by Namibia Qualifications Authority (NQA).

National Youth Service (NYS) offers accredited TVET programs at Rietfontein Centre in Otjozondupa Region. The programs are closely aligned with the labour market, which equitably provides the skills needed for accelerated development and the competencies needed by youth for productive work and increased standards of living.
