DLW 808 is an E8 that has been cosmetically restored to the appearance of a Lackawanna unit by the Central NY Chapter NRHS. It is seen here on the NYSW. The number is one below the lowest numbered E 8 on the DLW. This passenger excursion train is in push-pull mode on the Memorial Day weekend.

The New York, Susquehanna and Western Railway (reporting mark NYSW) (or New York, Susquehanna and Western Railroad and also known as the Susie-Q or the Susquehanna) is a former Class I, now Class II American freight railway operating over 400 miles (645 km) of track in the northeastern U.S. states of New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.

The Central NY Chapter NRHS had a pair of E units restored and repainted in DLW colors, and numbered just below the DLW E8 series, getting 807 and 808. Here we see them on a fantrip at Chenango Bridge after running around their train

Around 1992 the Susquehanna closed their old engine terminal. At the new facility, E8 2402 and a former UP unit sit. 120 and 116, a genuine former Ontario & Western NW2.
