2022年9月22日 · The patrol4x4 forum is still very active and very well managed. You honestly NEED to do NADS if you want to protect that engine. With NADS done the zd30 CRD is a great engine. Wouldn’t worry too much about water temp gauge. There’s one in the scangauge/ultra gauge. The zd30 radiator and cooling system performs very well.

2022年12月26日 · If done right ZD30 can be as reliable as a TD42T (Both DI and CRD). Do NADS without EGR mod or do NADS with EGR block + ECU remap to have the best reliability out of them and it will go 400-500k without having to do any major work.

2016年1月16日 · I came to the conclusion that I'd do the full NADS in order to take control of boost and exhaust temperarures, possibly needing to change the intercooler and maybe get more air in via a snorkel. I also figured that it might be worthwhile taking the dump pipe off the turbo to do this and work on those front pipe nuts on the bench.
