The minced sausage meat is combined with pork skin, shallots, sticky rice, salt, sugar, garlic and chilli, wrapped in a leaf and left to ferment for up to 3 days. You can use the Naem Mok raw, stir fry it or grill it. We were eating our Naem Mok grilled with sticky rice.
