Bride to be, Rajwa Al Saif wore a Najdi outfit known as a Thob As-Sahabi for the Henna evening celebrations, which incorporated features of Jordanian and Saudi Arabian traditions and culture.

In the Najdi dress, this triangular segment is usually fashioned from a contrasting, alternative textile, or it is embellished with braid, metal – thread work, sequins and embroidery. By contrast, women living in the Sarawat Mountain range wear almost form-fitting clothing.

Urban dress is similar throughout Najd. Najd and Central Region thobe in chiffon embroidered with sequins and gold thread.
