Same issue here and unfortunately purchased 5 of these POS . I used "BurnInTest" to check one of the drives and it reported that the true capacity was about 4GB. Nanchang came back with the same $5 offer, followed by an $8 offer with the same $20 shipping advisement. Elevated the resolution to Paypal.
