Note that all of DIO’s win conditions require him to do the same thing he always does while Naruto needs to figure out that DIO can regenerate, or figure out how stands work, or figure out that DIO is hurt by sunlight.

If Naruto can hit as hard as Star Platinum, who can apparently punch hard enough to shatter diamonds, he can hurt Dio. But even that damage was getting offset by Dio's regeneration, and ultimately wasn't enough to kill Dio, only incapacitate him.

2021年12月2日 · Dio wins due to time stop all he needs to do is time stop when Obito becomes tangible and is game over, Obito does not posses the passive durability to tank Dio blows like the Raikage so he dies. Dio Stand power output is comparable to several gates which is more than enough to splatter obito who only has Kakashi stats.
