The M5 was the common horn on the Western Pacific, Southern, Atlantic Coast Line, Seaboard Air Line, Richmond Fredricksburg & Potomac, Baltimore & Ohio, Chesapeake & Ohio, and other eastern railroads. Southern Pacific had M5's on many of their passenger service locomotives.

Ex Louisville and Nashville M5, fully re-machined by Mike Muha of South Bay Horn Works. When I found this horn it was in rough shape, it had a broken #4 power chamber and cracked manifold. I found a replacement power chamber and reused the old button back cap and diaphragm discs.
