I even had a 3-way call between me, Quicken support, and Navy support. Navy case #: 8172700 and Quicken case #: 12633. It is the strangest thing. I have a login and my wife has a login. When I try to add my Navy credit cards, it shows my wife's card numbers for my credit card accounts, and vice versa when I try to add her cards.

The account Quicken automatically picks to link is a different credit card, with an entirely different name and account number. I think the problem may be that at Navy Federal there are two accounts with the same account number: one is "Everyday Checking" and ends in 704; the other is "Checking Line of Credit" and also ends in 704.

Navy Federal Response 02/20/2024 : Thank you for your follow-up eMessage, Commander Drake. Our technical staff is aware of the issue with Quicken and working to resolve. Also, we regret that the "last download" feature will not be implemented to the updated site.

The update appears to be normal, but 0 transactions are registered and I have a bunch of transactions. Other banks appear to be working as I get transactions when I update but these two accounts do not work - this appears to be different from the can't connect issues I see on the community discussions as everything "appears" to be normal until I get nothing at the end.

I have two different logins for Navy FCU. One is mine and one is my wife's. I can tell you that the only one requesting 2 MFA's is mine, which is also the only one with an American Express credit card. Not sure if that's significant or not. No errors are reported.
