2020年1月6日 · Here, we report the successful synthesis of (SnSe) 1.16 (NbSe 2) 2 single crystals and the discovery of superconductivity with an onset transition temperature of 5.3K. The misfit feature of structure is clearly revealed by high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and selected area electron diffraction (SAED).
