GSEA results and analysis of immune infiltration revealed that NCOA2 was associated with PD-1/PD-L1 expression and infiltration of other immune cells in ccRCC. Conclusions: NCOA2 has great potential to serve as a novel biomarker that can predict prognosis in ccRCC and may become a new therapeutic target in patients with late-stage ccRCC.
