The National Capital Region Regional Community Defense Group, Army Reserve Command; [1] is a Line Unit of the Army Reserve Command. It was created for the sole purpose of Reserve Force management, procurement, and organisation in the areas encompassing the National Capital Region. Training is the major task handled by NCRRCDG, ARESCOM.

Col. Rey Ferdinand G. Ga succeeded outgoing NCR RCDG Commander Col. Ricky P. Bunayog who is projected to post as Deputy Brigade Commander of the 601st Infantry Brigade, 6th Infantry Division in a turnover ceremony presided by RCPA Commander Maj. Gen. Fernando V. Felipe.

5 Brigades, 15 Battalions. Total is 6,320 trained and operational citizen-soldiers. The 15th Infantry Division (Ready Reserve), Philippine Army, [1] known as the Defender & Builder Division, is one of the Reserve Command 's ready reserve infantry divisions.
