From 3 October, participants will only be able to use their NDIS funds for items listed as approved supports.

Once we approve your plan, you can start using it. This means you can spend your NDIS funding on the NDIS supports set out in your plan. NDIS laws determine what we can and can’t fund. You must use registered NDIS providers to buy NDIS supports when your funding is Agency-managed. Registered NDIS providers meet strict conditions for the quality and safety of their services. Some NDIS supports can only be provided by registered NDIS providers.
