The We Care @ North East Fund aims to help needy families who require interim financial support, but do not meet the national gross household income criteria. The scheme provides assistance in the form of once-off or up to three months of cash assistance. To apply, you can either: Complete the Online Form and upload relevant supporting documents.

The North East Community Development Council is one of five Community Development Councils (CDCs) set up across the Republic of Singapore to aid in local administration of governmental policies and schemes. They are funded in part by the government although they are free to engage in fund-raising activities.

Every child deserves a healthy start in life. But for low-income families, meeting the nutritional needs and wellness of their little ones is a daily challenge. The North East Growth Fund was set up to provide formula milk and diapers to young children up to 6 years old.

NECDC provides mental health services for children 3 to 5 years of age through small group sessions and individual counseling. 85% of the children participating meet social-emotional goals set by an early childhood clinician.

By collaborating with partners and implementing targeted programs, NECDC aims to enhance social capital and provide support to disadvantaged families, children, seniors, unemployed individuals, and people with disabilities, all with the goal of ensuring everyone can thrive and lead better lives in the North East.

Set up in 1997, the North East Community Development Council (CDC) serves a population of over 914,000 residents in four Group Representation Constituencies (GRCs) and two Single Member Constituencies (SMCs). They are Aljunied, Sengkang, Pasir Ris - Punggol, Tampines GRCs, Hougang and Punggol West SMCs.
