The Necronomicon was an item purchasable at the Base Shop, under Magical. It could be upgraded by purchasing the recipe again. Upgrading the item improves its stats and strengthens the summons from Demonic Summoning.

Yep, as you can see on the previous patch notes they were really struggling to balance the item, necronomicon was so broken that almost every game someone on either team was building it. Valve isn't good at balancing and were too scared to try it. It's just an OP effect as old as time itself, it will be back.

2021年10月1日 · u have free gem and diffusal and mega creeps and when killed damages you as the same as level 1 lion ult. gigabroken, "diffusal, gem, siege creeps = necromicon" and lets not talk about the auras and purge at lvl 3. I think balance it is too difficult, 2 minions are too strong to opponents supports.
