New England Lab Rescue, Inc is a 501 c3 Non Profit organization dedicated to rescuing Labrador Retrievers. Heather Smith Labbe’ of Chatham, Cape Cod and Maine, founded New England Lab Rescue, Inc. in May 2010.

We are a shelterless rescue. All of our dogs are housed in foster homes to help them de-stress and get used to a home environment while they await adoption, giving us the opportunity to understand their personalities and needs.

The Nurse Educator Loan Repayment program (NELR) application is now open and extended through March 14. Apply here. NELR is administered by WSAC's Washington Health Corps. Washington has a shortage of nurse educators. NELR is designed to address the need with an incentive to enter the nursing education field. Eligibility:
